Rick Scott Designer LLC has a 30 day return policy. If more than 30 days has elapsed since the time of your order delivery, unfortunately we will be unable to offer a refund, return or exchange. Proof of purchase will be required & items will be inspected upon receipt to ensure return integrity. Rick Scott Designer LLC reserves the right to refuse a return if it is deemed that the product(s) was damaged or altered beyond normal usage.

RETURN PRODUCT CONDITION

All products being returned must not be altered or damaged

beyond a manufacturer defect or quality assurance discrepancy, as reflected by wear and tear indicating no more usage than necessary to determine a deficiency. Products are not required to be in the original packaging, however, currently, Rick Scott Designer LLC designer does not cover the shipping cost of your return. Instead, please include a copy of your shipping receipt and the value equal to that of the return shipping cost will be added to your refund or issued as a store credit or coupon.

SALE ITEM RETURNS

Returns and Refunds are authorized, however, the refund issued will be that of the value of the order at time of purchase.

CLEARANCE ITEM RETURNS

All sales are final on clearance products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items purchased while on clearance.

GIFT RETURNS

This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Rick Scott Designer LLC makes no express or implied representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Additionally, nothing contained on this Website shall be construed as providing consult or advice to you.

NOTE

If the refund of an item received as a gift, is initiated by the purchaser, proof of purchase will be required, and the refund will be issued to the original form of payment. If in any instance that this isn’t possible, a refund will be issued in the form of a store credit/gift card, for the value of the return.

All refunds will be issued via the original form of payment, under the guidelines and time constraints of each payment entity (Bank, Credit Union or Other Financial Institution).

Please allow 3-5 business days after confirmation of receipt of any returned products for refund transactions to complete. If the original payment method is unavailable or cannot be refunded, a store credit/gift card will be issued for the value of the refund amount.

PLEASE NOTE, REFUND PAYMENT IS INITIATED UPON PRODUCT RECEIPT AND APPROVED PRODUCT INSPECTION BY RICK SCOTT DESIGNER LLC OR DESIGNATED ENTITY.

If shipping an item(s) valued over $75, it’s recommended to use a trackable courier service and/or purchase a form of shipping insurance. Rick Scott Designer LLC is not liable for return products that do not arrive due to courier error.
