Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages: Rick Scott Designer LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Rick Scott Designer LLC will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Damaged in Transit: If your order is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately to address the issue. We assume responsibility for items damaged in transit and will offer replacements or refunds as needed.
